The inner voice in our head can allow us to understand our emotions, desires and needs. However, at times it can be detrimental to our performance, highlighting our fears or shining a spotlight on our shortfalls. 

This exercise focuses on mentally disposing of negative thoughts and emotions so that you become free to concentrate on the more positive aspects of life.
